The time has come- I'm sad to say 2024 was Payne & Comfort's last year in the hot/cold pack business. With a decline in sales and my studio lease up at the end of the year, it just felt like the right time to move on. I knew sewing wasn't something I was going to be able to do forever, and the hand/wrist and back pain I experience every holiday season is something I'm very much looking forward to leaving behind. I've been sewing in some capacity for the last 20 years and I'm ready to move on to the next chapter.

I want to thank my followers, customers, retail partners, family and friends for all your support over the years. I never imagined a little side hustle I started in 2015 would turn into a 6-figure business that supported me as my main source of income the last 5 years, with a studio space for the last 3. It's been a wild ride and I'm so grateful I was able to do this for as long as I did.
